At Venom Media LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund/Return Policy explains the process and conditions under which we accept returns, exchanges, and provide refunds.
1. Eligibility for Refunds/Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase (or delivery) to request a return or refund, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (if applicable). For digital products, eligibility may depend on usage or download status.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may be non-returnable and non-refundable, such as downloadable digital goods, gift cards, or personalized items. Any specific exceptions will be noted on the product page.
3. How to Initiate a Return/Refund

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7ā10 business days.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, follow the return process outlined above.
